Shatkarmas

Every Saturday 6 am to 7:00 am

Shatkarmas refer to the six cleansing practices which are done for internal cleansing. The most common ones are Jala Neti or nasal wash, Kunjal Kriya or upper stomach wash and Laghoo Shankprakshalana or cleansing of the intestines. These practices help to balance the two main energy flows in the body thus bringing about physical and mental purification and balance.
Available on request, prior registration is necessary.

“The Shatkarma specifically increase the vital capacity if the practitioner. They were never designed for therapy alone but to create harmony in the body and mind and to prepare one for further practices.”
