Welcome to the world of Atmadarshan Yogashram.
An oasis of peace and tranquility in an otherwise chaotic world outside. As one steps into the environs of the ashram, one automatically slows down, takes a deep breath and relaxes.
Visitors to the ashram are encouraged to join the other residents and participate in all the day to day activities of the ashram. These include chanting sessions, both early morning and in the evening.
In addition, special classes are available on request or one can join the on going Basic or Practice sessions which take place early morning, mid morning and in the evening, in either English or in Kannada.
