Yogic lifestyle aims at evolution of mind – a journey from gross external to an inner understanding of life. As long as we remain concerned with the material world our happiness and satisfaction or frustration and anxiety depend on external outcomes. On the other hand when we connect to our inner self through the medium of the yogic lifestyle one is able to achieve complete well-being and a balanced view through all life situations.
This is a week-long residential program provides an opportunity to experience ashram life with daily classes in asana, pranayama and meditation; Chanting sessions in the morning and evening. The course concludes with Maha Mrutyunjaya Havan on Saturday evenings.
